2. Requirements
:
2.1Main performance of Anion
Generators
2.1.1 Function:
produce high-voltage emitting negative
ions.
2.1.2 Materials of
outer covering: use fireless material that resists
heat.
2.1.3 Output
wire:
a) Power line: by UL***0
*4 # **5°C **0V red, black wire;
b) High-voltage: UL***9 *4AWG
6KVDC **5°C,white high-voltage
wires.
2.2Outer
appearance: It should be fine. Outer plastic and its wire is in
good order without cuts, scratches, deforming, or cracking. The
surface of epoxy resin is fkat. The inner parts can’t be exposed
outside the surface. The screw-holes cannot be stopped up. The
label is clean and seeable.
2.3 Structure and Dimension:

3. Testing
Methods:
3.1. Appearance: estimated by
visual range.
3.2 Structure and
dimension: measured by surveying instruments conforming to the
standard.
3.3 Consumed power:
measure the electric current at rated-working-voltage by
equivalent circuit, I≤4mA
3.4Output voltage: rated voltage
of high voltage table with ***0MΩ resistance test output
voltage.
3.5 Negative ion concentration:
The standard atmospheric concentration tester for testing.
Instrument to warm up *5 minutes after the test, negative ion
concentration from the output port to receive the same level Test
Center at *0cm distance, interference from outside factors and
circumstances, normal ****5 seconds after the measured ion
concentrations.
3.6 (Ozone density
concentration): put to the test in a closed room (room space 2.5m
x3.5m x3.0m). Anion Generator is on (set up an electric circuit) at
rated voltage for *4 hours. Anion probe is put up in *0mm away from
the outlet mouth where air flows. We measure the ozone
density.
3.7 Insulating
features: Make a test with apparatus of insulating
resistance. Use **0Vd.c.Measure
insulating resistance between terminal and output terminal,
terminal and outer covering.
3.8 Electrical
Intensity: By pressure-tight test, the leakage of electricity is
0.5mA.
a.) In ***0V *0Hz
voltage between terminal and output terminal, no puncture by
pressure –tight test for 1 second.
b.) In ***0V *0Hz
voltage between terminal and outer covering, no puncture by
pressure –tight test for 1 minute.
3.9 Mechanical
performance: The pull test is made fort leg wore with a weight
(scale).
3.*0 Heat-resistant:
When the electric line is cut off and the temperature is **0°C, we
put it in the room for *4 hours .We test it when the room
temperature returns to normal.

Cold-resistant: When the electric line is cut off and the
temperature is **0°C, we put it in the room for *4 hours. We test
it when the room temperature returns to
normal.
4. Inspection
routine:
4.1 All the Anion
Generators must be inspected and qualified by our inspectors before
leaving the factory.
4.2 Ex-factory inspection items
should be made as per Formula 1.
All the formal inspection items should be made in accordance with
the stipulations prescribed by the
“Acknowledgement”
4.3. The Quality
Control Department draws samples for inspection from all the
qualified products before they leave the factory. Only when they
are qualified, can the batch of products be put in storage and
delivered to the customers.
Sampling checking
method is made according to GB***8.*****3 .We draw samples once
normally (refer to Formula 1.)
